Summary: Great idea but rechargeable batteries do not hold a fresh charge long enough. Do not waste your money.
AA and AAA rechargeable batteries are such a great concept but from my experience, reality does not live up to the concept. Why? Rechargeable batteries just do not hold their charge long enough. Recharge and before you know it, the rechargeable battery is dead again. After a while, you just say the hell with it and go back to alkaline batteries or find some other way to power devices that use AA or AAA batteries.
Guess I am saying that I will not waste my money again on buying rechargeable AA or AAA batteries until some change in the technology allows for a longer lasting charge.
