“Ron's Belief System”

(Work in production and in no particular order)

A person’s belief system shape their reality.

I can get through anything, as nothing last forever. (Except Hell)

Hard work and persistence can overcome lack of intelligence.

We do not always get what we want but, sometimes, if we try, we get what we need.

An ounce of prevention is worth 10 pounds of cure.

What goes around, comes around.

There is no such thing as “garbage” to or in the universe.

Everything  needs maintenance.

In being prepared.

People are basically “Good”

The universe is neither for or against me.

“Why” is an invention of man and has no meaning to the universe.

In personal integrity.  It is the only thing you will ever really “own”.

 

This reality we all live in, is amazing, as it did not have to be structured this way, at all.

 

I sometimes have other people's dreams or at least share their dream.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Honesty is the only policy.

Silence is golden or/and if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.

Everyone is responsible for their own happiness.

In Karma.

I am a nerd and thus better around machines than people.

In sharing.

We are alive to learn and grow in all aspects.

Money is not the root of all evil.  Lack of money is the root of all evil.

Should not take more than you give.

The love you take equals the love you make.

In the Future.

I am in control.  (Know this not true but still have to believe it.)

Capital punishment is wrong.

In Freedom.

The universe is more than the laws of physics, chemistry and entropy.

 

In leaving a place better than you found it and if at all possible, leave no tracks.

 

In kindness.

Pride cometh before the fall.

There is no such thing as a “free lunch”.  Everything “costs” something.

A job worth doing, is worth doing right.

To be on time is to be late. To be early is to be on time.

In Quality.

 

Everyone can need help now and then.  A person can get into a hole they can not get out of by themselves.

 

War is stupid and not good for anything.

Actions speak louder than words.

In keeping my word.

We are not alone in the universe

The end does not justify the means.  Any means.

Waste not, want not.

I can, with tremendous effort, change my reality and those around me.

In teaching by example.

Fool me one, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Want to know your future, just look what is in your hands.

In equal rights for all.

In moderation in all things.

Too much of nothing can make a man go insane.

In love.

The cup is half full.

An honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay.

I am a cold person but a kind person too.
