"Tivo - Downloading Rented Movies"

Summary: make sure Tivo is set to record at highest quality or rented movie might not play correctly
Background:
Tivo series 2.
Upgraded hard drive to allow 320 hours of recording.
Record quality set to "medium" to enhance real time transfer between Tivo's.
Recently began downloading rented movies from Amazon.
When viewing on Tivo set to "medium" record quality, voice and actor's mouth not in synch and frame drops.
The Fix:
Reset Tivo to record at best quality.
Other:
A rented movie can not be transferred between Tivo's.
You can download a rented movie to a PC and view it several ways but there is no easy way (can be done) to copy it because of digital rights media (DRM) restrictions embedded in movie file.
