"Tivo - Channel Changing Cox Contour Desktop Box"

Summary: Contour is a Cisco box and no mention of Cisco or Contour in Tivo's set top box listing. Use Scientific Atlanta and advanced channel changing setup to get Tivo to control Contour.
Background:
Have (2) Series 2 Tivo's.
All was fine until Cox Communications dumped analog channels and went all digital.
Installed new Contour box but Tivo had no offering for Cox's Contour (Cisco) set top box.
Tivo got video and audio fine from Contour but could not channel channels.
Solution:
Using Tivo, went to settings and then channel changing.
Then went to advanced.
Selected "Scientific Atlanta" as set top box as no listing for Cisco or Contour.
Scientific Atlanta was once supplied by Cox but is now part of Cisco.
After "Scientific Atlanta" set top digital box selected, Tivo then ran a series of tests attempting to change channels on the Cisco Contour.
Took a while for Tivo to find the correct setting as there must have been many different Scientific Atlanta boxes, but Tivo eventually found the correct 5 digital IR control code.
