GoJo. If you have ever worked on cars or engines, you know this stuff, but if you do not know GoJo and you need to get all sorts of stuff off your hands, go to an auto parts store and pickup a small jar of GoJo.
GoJo is ever so much better than Lava or any other hand cleaner I have ever used and it is cheap too.
